I have had this watch for an about four years now and have used it throughout both fire academy and my EMT-basic course. Very durable even put it through live fire with very little issues.

I’m a maintenance man, and master mechanic, welder, fabricator and , Dad this thing does everything they say and is down right tuff! It shoveled snow in a blizzard for an hour straight and still reads my finger to change the song track on my air pods. No spark burns or scratches!
I really like this watch. I wish it had a touch screen after it turns off instead of having to press the button. I also would like to be able to download more watch face options. I’ve searched everywhere for a Luxium watch face app. but there isn’t any.
I had a Google Pixel watch but wanted more out of it. Let me introduce the Luxium!! It lets me track my blood pressure, which I couldn't do before. It is bulkier than the Pixel, but so are the features!

I ordered this watch about 6 months ago and it holds up very well. I'm so confident in the quality of the watch that I no longer take it off whenever I do the dishes or if I'm in the rain/snow, I no longer try to protect it. Granted when I do the dishes I don't fully submerge my wrist into the water. But I think it is at least splash proof. I don't have a screen protector on it and it doesn't have any scratches visible on the surface, the watch's battery lasts at least 2 weeks, I say at least 2 weeks because I don't truly calculate the battery life, but it may last longer I'm not sure. They also have plenty of languages for the watch in case you don't speak English, I noted at least 15 or 20 different languages.
Another plus is that their customer service is very good. I ordered this watch as a Father's Day gift, on June 15th, 2025. Honestly, after 5 business days I emailed them to get an update for the watch. It took a few tries to actually get a hold of them. But once I did, they told me that they were busy due to the Father's Day sale, which is understandable. I spoke to an associate named Megan, and after all the inconveniences, they offered to upgrade my Luxium Crusader to either a Luxium Shield or Stinger at no extra cost to me.
My only gripe about this smartwatch is that I was used to the DaFit app, but this watch is only compatible with the FitCloudPro app. But this gripe isn't bad enough to affect my review of this product.

The Lexium stainless steel link watchband is the best
I had had mine for 2 weeks it works wonderfully product is sturdy. The only problem I have is trying to get in touch with customer support. Otherwise great product and sturdy
